The location is fantastic, with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. the rooms are spacious, making it great for families.

Staff were often absent, and noise from construction was disruptive.

My room included a safe, TV, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was close to Medellín, great restaurants, and the main streets which included restaurants and stores. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The staff were affable and courteous, you should know it. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. There were bars and restaurants walking distance to the place❤

The location here is awesome, just a stone's throw away from Lokkus Contemporary Art. We stayed in a double room that also had extra beds and it had everything we needed. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. 😊

Great location for partying and helpful staff. The room was clean, despite a bad smell and lack of windows. The breakfast wasn't good and had to be taken at a different hotel. Additional services like baggage storage and printing tickets came at an extra cost. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas of Medellin. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind during our stay.

There were some negative aspects that we experienced. the check-in process was quite strict, and we almost lost our reservation due to arriving slightly late.
